DEPENDS. How well versed are they in Sci-fi, or TV in general? If they need coddling, I'd say Hide And Seek, because it's still early enough they don't have to know that much, but it also displays THE EPIC GAY LOVE very well, or The Defiant One since it's so independent and also AWESOME.
