Oh my god. I think the worst part is I'm gonna look back on that episode and remember that last time they were happy, singing goddamn Bon Jovi of all things, off-key, not knowing all of the words, ignoring some of the notes completely, but so together. God, that is their history - that's them right there, distilled down into a snapshot of goofy, brave, morbid, insane, young, tired-but-still-kicking boys.

I'm just...gonna go sit in a corner with my fluffy teddy bear and try to recover enough for something horribly sweet and comforting like chocolate. Or Echoes.

What's sad? I HAD to mute the Bon Jovi bit... But laughed just as much just watching them. *g*

They were HORRIBLE but somehow that just made it even more heartbreaking.

I'm thinking "Echoes", followed by "Harmony", with the last ten minutes of "Doppelganger" thrown in as a bonus.

They were totally horrible. And somehow, knowing Jensen really CAN sing? Just made it that much more horrible. :D

During the whole Bon Jovi part, I was worrying that they were going to get hit by a semi. :( The ending, with Sam full-out crying broke me.

The writers so knew what they were doing with the Bon Jovi thing. OMG emotional smackdown! Also, Bon Jovi will now make Sammy cry.

So I just sat down and watched the finale (I know, I'm slow!) and OH! My poor boys! Curse this shortened season! *shakes fist at strike*

I have to confess, I love Bon Jovi. That scene was amazing. So bittersweet and crammed with meaning. Oh boys!
