Based on the fact that it has already secured me a John/Rodney bodyswap fic: this is freaking awesome. Plod on over if you'd like and start requesting things. Unless my internet gives out, I'll be trolling the comments. And, uh, just in case, here's me.
Um. I seem to be spending a lot of time in Photoshop lately? Woops. This one's for my darling kashmir1, who stays up till nine in the morning with me to write porn. ♥
For some reason I have this scenario in my head where the baby was up all night in her footie flannel pajamas and Rodney's exhausted from trying to get her to sleep. She finally does, and Rodney gets like two hours before John has to wake him up to go out on a contract flight (promising lots of Very Nice Things to Rodney to help soothe him, of course). Rodney deals with her fussing relatively well, and gets her dressed in her nice pretty dress--gloating because she didn't want to wear the helicopter t-shirt and shorts that John had set out for her; she CLEARLY made grabby hands at the pretty dress--and when he sets her down on the bed, she stops fussing, stretches out, and drifts off to sleep right away (her footie pajamas were too HOT, you see)! So Rodney gripes about it a little, spends an hour setting up an elaborate mechanism around the bed so that she can't roll off, and then lays down beside her, knowing John will be home in an hour.
John, of course, ignores the huge sign Rodney leaves on the door to the bedroom saying:
PICTURES OF THIS WILL BE MET WITH EXTREME DISAPPROVAL AND CERTAIN RETALIATION also, she likes the clothes I pick out for her better.
Rodney wakes up to the sound of the flash but doesn't open his eyes, opting to plan for a two against one tickle war (well, she'll be mostly a cheerleader, but John's pride will be wounded, and that's what counts, really) when John least expects it.
