Promptlets

So, today is going to be fic!dump day. Prepare thyselves!

All the prompts were pretty darn awesome. You guys kinda rock. :D

[Lonely]
Sometimes Jensen thinks words like love and forever in the quiet, still darkness of the morning hours, when it’s only him and Jared’s sleeping form barely an arm’s length away with none of their everyday troubles bearing down on them. He presses kisses against the beautiful curve of Jared's neck like promises and prays he's not alone in this.

[Coffee] [livejournal.com profile] coverd_n_rain
Jared has an unholy love for Starbucks Coffee. He refuses to drink any of the on-set brew, claiming it's too bitter, and stubbornly brings his own cup every morning. Jensen teases him to hell about it, but honestly, he loves to watch Jared stick his pointy nose into the foam on top.

The first time Dean saw Sam after the big fight between Sam and Dad, he was only passing by on his way to a job. He hadn’t really meant to stop at Stanford, or look up Sam’s dorm number, or watch his little brother sleeping curled up on his side, arms stretched out like he was missing something. He hadn’t meant to at all.

[”With or Without You” by U2] [livejournal.com profile] scarlett_o
It’s hard to think about what could have happened to Dean if he hadn’t come back to that horrible little apple orchard; he’s already seen Dean dead too many times. He wonders what kind of monster it makes him, then, that even knowing what could happen to Dean if he leaves, he’ll take the first Greyhound to pass him by as soon as the demon is dead.

[I Put a Spell on You] [livejournal.com profile] robin1618
“You’re mine,” Sam whispered against the sensitive shell of Dean’s ear. He clenched his fingers in Dean’s hair, pulling back so his brother’s neck was bared. Dean surrendered with a shiver, moaning out, “Yours, Sammy.”

[I've got more wit, a better kiss, a hotter touch... a better fuck] [livejournal.com profile] _3amconfession
When Dean gets mad, he talks, Sam’s found. “You think that guy can fuck you better than I can? Don’t I give it to you hard enough, Sammy? Doesn’t my dick fill you enough? You’ve never complained before.” As Dean slaps a hand over Sam’s quickly hardening erection, Sam decides he likes Dean mad.

[Red] [livejournal.com profile] iamtinkerbean
Dean never understood the phrase seeing red when he was younger. Unless you’d gotten slashed across the forehead and there was blood in your eyelashes, it just didn’t make any sense. Now, Dean knows exactly what the saying means. He sees red every time Sam tells him no.

["The Adventure" by Angels and Airwaves] [livejournal.com profile] scarlett_o
It's easier to say, "I would die for you," than it is to say, "I love you." Maybe it's how the first is action--Dean likes action, likes big, grand gestures and blazing guns--but, either way, the first is just way easier. He figures Sam must understand that since he never complains or whines about not being given affection. It's like that stupid chick-flick movie he saw about a stable-hand and a princess, all "As you wish." Or whatever. Dean didn't actually pay attention.

When Jared wraps his arms around Jensen's middle, leaning over his shoulder to watch the French toast sizzling away on the stove, Jensen feels like nothing in the world could possibly be wrong. He loves these quiet moments, these in-betweens, when he has Jared's heavy weight against his back like a promise.

[Constellations] [livejournal.com profile] dullemarulle
When Jensen goes down to visit Jared at his parents' house in San Antonio, he expects there to be alfalfa and cows. He is pleasantly surprised, then, when Jared takes him outside, lays him down, and sucks him off, right there on the ground where only the stars can see--no stupid cows. Jensen really hates cows.
