I don't know if Dean wishes he was the zombie chick. I think he kind of relates to her in a fucked up way, because he was brought back from death--he had DIED, there's no two ways about that--by something unnatural. And I think he's afraid of becoming like her, that he's dark or tained now, especially since we know he's sure the demon brought him back. I honestly don't blame him, because that poor sweetie; even if he doesn't remember everything that happened while he was out, he has to have a sense of it, and "you will become the very thing you hunt.
