Is anyone around? I kind of need someone to hold my hand. I'm getting really, really sharp pains in my lower abdomen and I kind of want to curl up in a ball and cry it hurts so bad. They just started out of nowhere about ten minutes ago, wasn't doing anything different, just laying down trying to sleep. At first it just felt like a bad cramp or something but, yeah, no. So. Anyone?

*hugs!* Is there any way this might be an appendicitis? As in, did you already have an appendicectomy or not? I ask because if there is a chance it might be that, you really might want to get that checked out before it blows out into peritonitis. *frets*

a new and wonderful thing to fear! um, but i've never had any operations ever, really. not even my tonsils. i have a sinking suspicion that either it's just a REALLY REALLY bad case of bad chinese food (this happens to me distressingly often, and in a really fabulous number of ways; i should really just give up on it) or uti, since that would be my luck.

arg. I didn't really want to put fresh fear into you - except that wait, I guess I did? Because it's a real... well, danger, in a way. So if the pain is on your right side, lower abdomen, and if you start feeling feverish: get it checked omg.

If no fever, it's not an infection, or not a virulent one, hence not an appendicitis and you're not at risk of peritonitis.

if you have a laptop, put the laptop on the offending area while it's on. i find it to be a v. v. nice hot water bottle replacement when i have nasty cramps.

g0a9eoyhrh Oh god, something like just happened to me the other day. Like out of nowhere this intense like shooting pain. Try drinking some tea maybe? I had some ginger tea and it helped. Not much though, just ever so slightly. :(

Have you called the doctor yet? Because it could just be, you know, really bad gas. I don't want to take that chance, though :(

Oh no! I'm sorry I missed this :(

I had pains like this three times in my life and I can tell you exactly what I was doing and where I was each time. I thought I was going to die, I wanted to die, and having someone around to offer sympathy would have helped muchly. So, I hope you're ok, and I'll be thinking about you (gosh I'm actually getting emotional here).

ps. A little bit of funny to offer: So, I have a shitton of icons, and the bunch that start with C in the keywords are all of similar word length so I sometimes get them mixed up. This is a *bad* thing because 'Chase Hug' the icon I'm using now is the complete opposite of 'Carson Says' which is an icon of Carson with a gun saying 'Fuck off.' And sometimes I pick the wrong one. Luckily I've never ended up picking the wrong one and hitting post, but all I can say is, thank god for post editing. That's along the lines of 'np' and 'no' with the P key next to the O. Nothing like giving the absolute opposite impression as intended!

Re: your ps - I used to have that problem all the time, oh god. I had an evil monkey icon from Family Guy and it was right next to one of my beaming!samface icons from Supernatural and I used to get them mixed up and people were like BUT BUT. EVIL MONKEY. It was kind of embarrassing. Ahem.
