Moving out...

Oh, man. 

I never realized how much crap we have around this place and how utterly horrible it would be to pack it up and leave. I'm going to miss this dorm so much, even up to the way that it spontaneously eats things (a la the cell phone we found in our tea pot). The walls are pretty bare right now, and everything's packed into boxes...even the tv stand is cleared of clutter. 

I kind of wish that we could have gotten this dorm room again for next year, even with the fact that Gorham occasionally smells like sewer water or burning popcorn; even with the fact that we have to hike up a huge amount of stairs to get up to our floor. 

Don't really know why I'm feeling so maudlin about this, because usually things like this don't bother me at all. I guess it's partially because of all the memories I've made in this place--new friends, incredible antics. 

And, also, because I am in an indescribable amount of pain, since the migraine which has been killing me all week has just fully set in with all the goodies that usually come with migraines, like nausea and dizziness and fuzzy eyesight.  Lovely. 

I'm still gonna miss our dorm, though. I wish this didn't feel so much like an ending.

Ït's only a symbol of everything in your life, but you will come out of the pain and keep only the love, once you're at home with a clear mind you will miss it, but you won't feel such.. despair in lack of a better term

Yeah... This is a sad day in my book. So much crap to be packed, and so many memories to be left here. But I'm sure next year will hold many more joys for us too. I look forward to it. <3
