Let us begin with Panic! Since they are my favoritest. I will start with one of my favorite pictures of them.
You can learn so much about these boys from this picture. From left to right: Brendon Urie (spastic goofball, likes to molest Ryan whenever a camera is near), Ryan Ross (skinny little girl-type thing, who is often too serious but his goofy side comes out around his boys), some interviewer dude, Jon Walker (precious, squishy, and darling - closest analogy is a teddybear), and Spencer Smith (likes to point at things, occasionally a sarcastic bitch but also very sweet and smart). ♥!!!!

Fan report from Decaydance Fest (includes FOB) (http://crazybutsound.livejournal.com/558696.html) - Okay, backstory. Decaydance is an imprint on the Fueled by Ramen label, and it's owned by Pete Wentz. Panic! was, I think, the first band signed to it? First or second. Anyway, it's basically a family of all the awesomest bands on this scene, and all of them (Panic!, FOB, TAI, Cobra Starship, and Gym Class Heroes) all went on tour together in Europe for a good chunk of August. It was AMAZING and god I wish I could have gone. Some truly precious stuff came out of it. You might want to wait to read this until you have a better sense of who the boys are, from pics and vids etc.
Also, bit of insider info - a lot of the boys have nicknames that you'll see around a lot. Brendon = Bden (He uses it to sign journal entries, what a dork); Ryan Ross = Ryro; Jon Walker = JWalk.

Panic! pimping part two!
-Panic! hosting Rage (http://youtube.com/watch?v=RLiuI1dPMyE) - This is the video that first made me realize I wanted to fangirl these boys until my head fell off. THEY'RE SO RIDICULOUS. Just a heads up, though, Brendon isn't really like that. Not really. He's a lot more silly and cheerful most of the time, instead of pretending to be badass. I don't know. I'm just saying that because I got the wrong perception of him from watching this video first. He's still hilarious though!
-Rolling Stone interview (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Vk064nSwPCI) - This is more like the Brendon we love, constantly giggling and saying stupid and darling things. And rubbing the back of Ryan's neck, ahem. The best part of this video is Spencer telling a story about how he and Ryan blew up a lawnmower when they were like 8. It's near the end. HEE.
-Hosting the Dean's List (http://youtube.com/watch?v=-1p39xBrfWc) - These boys FAIL at hosting things. I heart SO MUCH. They screw up lines, burst into giggles, and stare at each other's mouths instead of paying attention (I'M LOOKING AT YOU RYAN ROSS). It's sooo sweet and adorable.

Jon and Spencer are complete boyfriends, Brendon's rocking his scarf and glasses, and Ryan's got the flu. Some truly darling answers here, including the gem bit of info that Jon and Brendon sang the soundtrack to Aladdin together the first time they met. ♥!!!

Brendon says he's insecure about his hips, cause he got his mom's hips, and Ryan says Brendon has an "apple bottom." SERIOUSLY.
