So, my internet has been pretty spotty since yesterday, which is why I've been mysteriously absent. And what do I do while I'm internetless? Why, I make a mix, of course. But, oh no, it's no ordinary mix, my friends! It is a mix...for mixes. The songs here are ones that can be - nay, should be used in Supernatural mixes fandom wide. Because they're awesome and very relevant and also I like them (aka this is just an excuse to put songs together with a pretty cover). And what is this mix of mixes called?

My book is very much reminding me of Supernatural. This bloke's wife died and he went to her burial and that, and then he went to sleep in this motel, got up for the loo in the middle of the night, when he came back to bed, there was his wife sitting on his bed, with all the grave muck on her fingernails and that, and smelling like rot and formaldehyde. He's like,

"You're supposed to be dead, baby. I've just been to your funeral."

She goes, "Yeah. I always thought the dead stayed where they were, but hey."

It was WELL spooky. Reminded me of that one where whatshername the corpse came back and was kissing whatshisface, in that episode, and she was just all corpsified and gross and you're like, stop kissing whatshisface that must taste so gross.

Yes!! It's effing fantastic, isn't it? I'd been meaning to read it for a long time. I was hooked from literally the first sentence. Although I'm hating his dead wife. That's just not cricket; I couldn't get to sleep after reading that one. I had to read Harry Potter after to sort of make it better, only the trouble was, it was Harry Potter 6, you know when they have all those dead bodies coming back to serve Voldemort or whatever they do? So that scared me even more. Didn't get much sleep last night :0P
