it's too goddamn early

WOW, look at all that wank. All three of my fandoms are arguing! It's almost like an orgy of ill-feeling! Amazing. Is it that everyone's on their period (because, screw airborne pheromones, flists cycle together) or is Helluary just rearing its butt-ugly head early this year?

If so, this is me boycotting in advance.

Aaaand, this is the part you skip over if you're not interested in my university shenanigans.

Women's Studies 12 - Introduction to Women's Studies: Sex, Gender, and Power - Mondays and Thursdays, 12:15-1:30pm
Philosophy 6.5 - Ethics and Personal Relations - Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30-4:45pm
Political Science 1.51 - American Government - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30-4:45pm
Business 20 - Business and Finance in the Contemporary World - Sundays, 9:00am-12:00pm

Hopefully this semester will not suck? I mean, some of the classes are kind of blah, but considering the fact that the transfer office refuses to evaluate my credits and I therefore cannot take anything worthwhile - like, oh, maybe any of my cores or major requirements - this'll do. Business class yesterday was...interesting. Mainly because there was an incredibly, ridiculously rude man who couldn't keep his yap shut for long enough to let the teacher get out a full sentence, who climbed on top of an aging piano (WHAT KIND OF MAD MAN DOES THAT TO AN INSTRUMENT) to try and fix the electronic clock he believed was wrong. I bonded with this other guy who I...can't remember the name of purely because of that one man's utter gall.

Dear man in my business class,

DROP. You are nearing fifty-five and you act like a snotty ten year old; you refused to take off your earpiece the entire class, even when the teacher asked you, and made sure the entire campus could hear you talking to your 'wife'. What the hell. Just leave. Go...fix some more boilers and stop hitting on girls a third your age.

Sincerely,
Mel

ps, DROP.

God, if only it didn't take an hour and a half to get to school every day. Makes me actually wish I'd learned how to drive. Ungh. *drags self off to shower*
