The first time Sam jerks off because of Dean he's in bed. Dean's asleep on the other side of the bed and Dad's out doing final recon before a hunt.

Dean fishes out new underwear for Sam and another shirt. And Sam's still all blissed out and just not really doing much of anything.

And after Dean's walked Sam through clean-up and got him back to bed Sam just kinda quietly asks, in this kinda breathless voice asks "Does it always feel like that?" Dean: "Yeah Sammy, more or less." Sam: "Why the hell does anyone ever do anything else?"

And? Neither of them mention that he was moaning Dean's name. Because Sam thinks it's normal and Dean is freaked out but completely intent on making Sam not feel like a freak.

And then the next day Dean showed him how much better it feels when there's someone else's hand on your cock. UH HUH.
